Position: Machine Operator
Employment Type: Fix Trem Contract (FTE Roll)

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure quality output and adherence to production targets
- Perform basic machine checks and report abnormalities
- Maintain workplace safety, 5S, and discipline
- Support continuous improvement (Lean / TPM initiatives)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in machine operation (CNC / VMC / Hobbing / Grinding preferred)
- Willingness to work in shifts
